Keeping your child safe and happy is our top priority

Our team of experienced staff provide a safe and supportive environment during your child’s learning journey. From the minute they arrive, until they’re back home proudly holding their EC certificate, your child is cared for by a team devoted to providing a positive and safe experience.

Total Support

You are not alone when you travel with EC. We have a high staff-to-student ratio and offer the services of staff 24/7. Not only will we be there to meet you when you arrive, we'll also be there throughout your trip to make sure that your vacation is fun, safe and problem-free. We have a strong support network to make students as comfortable as possible. Students are encouraged to seek any help they need at any time during their stay, and parents are assured their children are in the safest of hands during their EC programme.

Arriving Abroad

If you require, when arriving at your destination, you'll immediately be greeted by one of our staff, so you can arrive with peace-of-mind. You will be taken  from the airport to your accommodation and we will make sure your check-in goes smoothly so you can start enjoying yourself right away! When your trip comes to an end, your dedicated EC staff members will assist with your departure and provide convenient transportation to you to your flight safely and on time.

In Class

All EC teachers are trained in child safety. Attendance is taken at the start of each lesson, and student behaviour is monitored to ensure that all our Young Learners enjoy positive and productive learning throughout their experience.

At School

Our highly efficient administrative team is always on hand to guide and assist students during their time at the learning centre. Students feel at ease knowing that the EC team is available and ready to help with anything.

During Activities

EC’s friendly and responsible social leaders supervise students on all excursions, and even take an active part in activities so that students feel engaged and involved throughout their learning experience with us.

At Home

Our carefully-selected homestay providers and residence supervisors are responsible for students when they’re at their accommodation, making sure that our Young Learners are comfortable and curfews are followed each night.

  • Teachers take attendance during every lesson, and they are responsible for a maximum of 15 students per class.
  • Our administrative team is always available to guide students throughout their time at the learning centre, and help them with any difficulties they may have.
  • Social leaders accompany and supervise students on all activities and excursions.
  • Homestay providers and residence supervisors are responsible for students at their accommodation, and ensure that curfews are followed every night.

Nourishing Meals

With busy days of fun and learning, we know how important it is for students to eat nutritious food. All our programmes include both hot and cold healthy meals. Students with special dietary requirements are catered for, and a packed lunch is provided when there is a full-day excursion.
